When I am in Dubrovnik, I like staying here. The property is spotless; a nice size and huge rooms; very big bed. The service is superb, includes free parking. Moreover it has free wifi to surf the net etc.

The location of this place is amazing, just 1 km away from the Viewpoint and only a 23-minute drive to the airport, making it convenient to access the cable car.

We had a great experience at this accommodation. the location was very convenient, with a supermarket, city centre, and the Old Town all within close proximity. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and modern fixtures in the bathroom. the service provided by the owners was exceptional, as they were welcoming and friendly.

One minor issue was the lack of a soap holder in the shower, which made it slightly inconvenient to place toiletries while showering.

The room itself was cozy and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The shared kitchen was a convenient feature, allowing me to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony. The owner was extremely friendly and even provided delicious sweets, a sign of excellent management. The location was great, within walking distance to the old town, and the option of taking an Uber back was convenient and affordable. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had such a pleasant surprise staying at this private residence. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the bathroom had modern fixtures and a lit-up mirror. the balcony, shared with other guests, offered an unobstructed and breathtaking view of the city and shoreline. the kitchen was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. the owners were amazing, welcoming, and even offered a welcome drink. The location was convenient for taxis and walking to the beach, old town, and supermarket. Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and enjoyed it overall. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved sitting out there. The communication with the host was a bit of an issue, as we had some difficulty getting responses to our initial requests. , it was shared accommodation and at times we felt lack of privacy.
